+++ Report Green Tech Festival 2022 BER +++

The Greentech Festival is a event platform that focuses on sustainable innovation & technologies. Held at Berlin Urban Tech Republic for 3 days (22-24.06.22), which is the former facility of the TXL Airport Hangars. Public transport was available, but very limited, due to the fact of the location itself, which was also troublesome in the past for the airport itself. Shuttle service was provided.

The festival included a conference, exhibition and green award ceremony. This year the festival also teamed up with KOA (Berlin’s first HR conference for women). 

The area was split up into an indoor and outdoor area. 

Outdoor area features e-mobility driving experiences, the KOA, vegetarian food trucks and also the BIGG x GTF (building industry goes green).

The indoor area held 3 stages for conferences and workshops, the exhibition and a photo gallery.

The festival also features a startups get-together and local Spree Clean up initiative.

The entire festival was compensated by myclimate for a climate neutral event.
